Starting an Future Business Leaders of America club (FBLA)

I am trying to start a FBLA club. I have a few questions if there is anyone who has started or is in FBLA.
What do you do at meetings?
How are leaders elected?
If you establish and start the club, are you President?
Who provides the materials?
How do you prepare?
What happens at competitions?
What happens during meetings?
How many people have to join?
How often are these meetings ( days/weeks/months)?

I have to create a presentation and I have no clue except for how to file the application.

I haven’t started a club like this or been in one, but I can answer some of the more general questions:

3- Yes. The person who creates it should automatically be President (at least that’s how it works in my school).
4- My best guess is that you do

8- again, not really sure
9- as often as you like. For most clubs there is no requirement for how much you have to meet (usually once a week or once every other week)
