<p>Hi, I took 1 year of classes at Frostburg State University, and then took 1 year off. I now want to apply to UMD College Park, but as a freshman. I would transfer, but you need a Precalculus class, and I didn't pass. </p>
<p>Now I want to know if I can just start over as a freshman at UMD, and if so would I need to transcript from Frostburg?</p>

<p>Yes you’ll need to provide your Frostburg transcript. You can’t wipe it away. They WILL check. google “National Student Clearinghouse”</p>
<p>Just be up front with UMD. If you’re qualified, they’ll want you. It’s that simple.</p>
