post what stats you had (GPA, SAT, etc) so others see how well they compare

I am applying RD with a 2130 sat score, 800mathlvl2 750 biology and 4.0/4.6 gpa hoping to get marquis

good luck, youll def get in, not sure about the scholarship

Ironically, I had terrible stats (3.8 GPA, 27 ACT) but my essay and hopefulyl my teacher recs confirmed what kind of person I was, and i’m pretty sure my love for lafayette shone through. I’m obviously not getting a marquis, but i’m happy all the same.

does being hispanic help in getting the marquis or no?

@ Mare Crisium

a 3.8 is not bad at all. people on this website might think differently as they are mainly stuckup pricks who shun anything that isnt Ivy League. but a 3.8 unweighted or weighted is very good. a 27 ACT isnt bad either

@pandafuzz: Thank you! But at the very least, we’re all future Lafayette freshman, so I supposed it worked out well for all of us.
