<p>Has anyone that applied to Smeal gotten in or have a recent status change? I applied mid-September and I am still waiting to hear back.</p>
<p>i know people who have applied to smeal that have gotten in, and a bunch that havent heard back yet. be patient, you will know by the end of the month.</p>

<p>Thanks. I'm doing my best to be patient - it's just been so long. I
'm also trying to figure out if there is any order by which they accept people that applied to Smeal (high to low GPA or vice versa.) I've heard mixed things but hopefully it's done on a random basis.
Regardless, I have a feeling that I won't be finding out until the very end of the month so I'll have to wait and see.</p>
<p>yeah, i know the feeeling. its so hard to be patient because we've been working for this our whole lives and it will ultimately determine where we spend the next four years. oh boy.</p>
<p>and penn state doesnt really seem to have a method to its madness..so you'll just have to wait it out :(</p>
