Staying Calm

<p>How are you guys staying calm with all the applications stuff? I cant seem to keep my mind off it, but the more I think about it the more stressed I get! </p>

<p>I have no idea what to do. What is everyone else doing to stay calm, take it easy, and keep distracted from the stress of waiting?</p>

<p>just remind yourself that all you can do is your best on the applications, and once you hit the send button it's out of your hands. </p>

<p>i think i was more stressed when i was a junior, but now that i'm a senior i'm just kind of apathetic. whatever happens, i can make it workout in my favor. the whole "it's not where you go it's what you make of it" attitude helps, even if it's not true in all cases.</p>

<p>its hard and i do have problems controling my anxiety. but try breathing exercises and like counting down from 10</p>

<p>i also meditate and exercise... a lot. i probably spend more time exercising everyday than i do doing homework or studying. when i get stressed i run because it releaves that stress, and lately i've been so stressed that i've been running about 8 mile a day. but now that all my apps are in, i'm relaxed. nothing i can do about it now</p>

<p>i workout....and go shopping :P</p>
