If I live with my mom and step-dad who has NOT adopted me, and my mom files a separate income tax than him, do I have to still include my step-dad's income tax too?

If your mom is married to your stepdad, you must include his financial information on your FAFSA and Profile forms. It doesn't matter what kind of tax return your parents file. All of the income and asset information from your mom and step dad must be reported. It also does not matter if your step dad has adopted you (most don't). Yes...both returns and both sets of income and assets must be included.
