<p>Big time doctor that goes around the world giving third world children his “special” vaccination while telling them “Everything is going to be ok! THIS WILL HELP YOU! I LOVE YOU!” in some confusing, hard to pronounce even a basic syllable, and rare Eastern European Ukrainian dialect.</p>
