Stevens v Rutgers v Virginia Tech v U Pitt Engineering/Comp Sci

I am currently trying to choose a school, or at least narrow down the list. I have visited all four the schools and liked aspects of all of them. I thought Stevens location across from NYC was especially cool and their average starting salary is enticing. I am aware that VT has the best ranked eng and CS program out of the four but I am not sure how the average starting salary compares to Stevens. Also, the bigger schools have better sports and presumably better social scenes. The costs in order from least to greatest it is Rutgers, VT, Pitt, and then Stevens. Any information or opinions would be helpful.
