So jr year I took Calc AB, got a high A in the class, got a 5 in the ap exam and I'm getting a rec from my teacher.
This year, I'm taking ap stats and ap calc bc (limited math curriculum at our school) but I'm getting a B in BC which is really sad because it's the exact same stuff. How do I explain this to colleges? Normally I wouldn't give two *****s about 1 B (I've gotten straight a's so far but w/e) but how bad does it look that I'm getting a b in a class I've essentially taken already?

Didn’t school start, at the earliest, like a month ago?

^Around August 15, ends in early december, I have a c and I’m just predicting what will happen. It just seems unlikely that I’ll end up with an A.

If you have a normal school year schedule, try to get your high school transcript BEFORE you finish the first semester of classes.

That way, your current grade will not appear on transcripts (no grades from this semester will, and colleges will assume you’re doing fine). You’ll have nothing to worry about - even if you do get a B, colleges will already be reviewing your application and it won’t be a big deal.
