Still any chances for a Pleb at UCLA, Stanford, UVA, Cornell, UCSD

I have made previous posts concerning my chances at some of these universities, and, after many months of meditation and reflection, have been gravely(somewhat) concerned over the potential of my future. My cumulative non-weighted is currently at a 3.91 and am holding on to a 3.75 UW standard GPA. Already having received some feedback, I am concerned over the impressions of my progression. It is as follows:

Freshman year: Fantastic start, enrolled in Pre-IB courses, happy as a pig in slop!

Sophomore year: Endured very well, at the height of my Pre-IB Class

Junior year: IB Year 1) Fell in a undermining hole(social/personal issues), tried with my remaining mental capabilities to climb out

Senior year: Back to running up the mountain/road, attained many interests, etc, blah blah

How would my chances regarding these universities perceive my progression? As for test scores, they are good(but can always be improved on during spare time). When I describe my junior year, it was to the extent where I was slapped in the face with a few B's and a C. I assume that any remaining assurances would rely on my ECs and essay(s). Please give me your candid criticism. Thank you.

UC’s do not look at freshman year grades. They recalculate your GPA to a “UC GPA,” which only includes sophomore and Junior year.

I know that your situation is very unfortunate, but schools can only be so lenient. There are thousands of other applicants with stellar GPAs, and they will most likely make you an exception. But remember, your GPA is only 1 aspect of your application (although the most important).

How are your test scores and EC’s?
