Still haven't recieved my financial aid package?

Hey guys, I am kind of worried that I haven’t received my financial aid package from USC yet. I submitted all of my documents awhile ago but about two weeks ago I noticed there was one document missing so I submitted it. But I am still waiting on my FA to commit to the university. Has anyone experienced this before? Anyone have any thoughts on how I should approach? Thanks!

@biggestsunsfan You’re not alone. My son still hasn’t received his. I called late last week and they said all the rest of the apps should be done by the end of this week. As of today - no change. Still says it’s in review. FA was able to tell me that it is a four step process and my son’s app had made it through step 2. He said 3 and 4 were more double-checking for accuracy etc. So hang in there a few more days.
