Still no word about IDOC?

I submitted my FAFSA and CSS by February 15th, but I still haven’t heard anything about IDOC from collegeboard. Should I be worried?

Are you the schools you submitted CSS profile require IDOC? Most schools don’t.

Have you checked IDOC directly instead of waiting for an email? idoc.collegeboard.com. Plug in your SSN and dob and see if there are any schools listed.

Now they accept IDOC electronically, so they probably are not in such a hurry anymore. Last year, I think we submitted IDOC by mail in March within a week of the notice. So you may receive the notice soon. They are probably waiting for the schools to provide the list of documents they need.

We only heard from one school reminding up to file taxes through IDOC. When I logged onto IDOC, there were 4 schools listed. (Of course, I knew that these schools needed 2014 taxes, so I wasn’t surprised.)
