if i dont see a big package when i open the mailbox tommorow, im just going to close it. that was there will still be hope if i dont look.

haha our prom is may 5 we just started planning for our group like the limo restaurant beachhouse etc and its helped take my mind off SC a lot lol...along with prom drama (proma if you will)...my group currently has 56 people in it, which is a little over 1/10 of the senior class...***

FYI...my D was at a scholarship interview in Dallas this Saturday and we showed up early and then I waited in the lobby and talked to the other applicants while she was in her interview. Only 1 of them had been admitted, and that girl was a legacy. So don't freak out and start getting negative just yet.

lol i look at my mail box from far away before i'm even close to my house to see if there is a big package (because it doesn't close properly when college sized mail comes). When there isn't then i don't bother to look inside

i have slot on my door.
so only when there's a large envelope on the porch will i top freaking out :/

Do they send the decisions my only mail?
dont they use e-mails too?;
and also
do they send mails in express? for international students?
cause it's gonna take a long long time to reach asia if sent by regular.

omg i think i'll know too! if i got accepted not because i don't think the mailman can put the big envelope in my mailbox (he better now fold it... if it is a big envelope ;) )

I still get nothing.....It seems that the admissions of USC are extremly competive this year

if you haven't received anything yet, I am afraid that your chances are bleak of getting accepted.

Not to make things worse or anything but they didn't accept 8,000. The acceptance packet they sent out said that 34,000 applied and 2,650 were accepted.

no that's not right....it says only 2650 will be admitted...they have to send out something like 8000 acceptances because not everyone accepted will choose USC....there are lots more acceptances coming out!

That's exactly right, Chappa. 2650 are simply those who will matriculate. They accept roughly 25%, which means about 8000 out of 32000 applications.

Many people won't attend even though they think they "know" they will due to financial aid and moving and other factors. So, don't discourage yet.

OMGG 'SC.

Have mercy on us. :(

hope i hear a good news today...

NOTHING for me today...

big surprise :(

just an admission packet from UCSD

someone help me cope with my grief

of all the days for my mail to be late...

I got accepted today.
but for Spring semester...
sigh.
