Still Send Mid-Year Report?

I, a US pernament resident living in Vancouver, Canada, have just been accepted to University of Washington's 2014 Freshman Class

I applied during November, with my first term marks. And for some reason my school has three terms: one from sept to Nov; one from Nov to March; and one from march to june. So, by the time I got my acceptance letter from UW, I still don't have my mid-term marks.

But the thing now is that I have my mid-term marks, so should I mail my mid-term marks to Seattle? OR should I just tell my school to mail my final transcript and marks to Seattle in before July 1?

The majority of schools don’t pay attention to mid-year course grades, unless you have been deferred. First term is most important for the admissions process and the final term grades are used to keep an eye on admitted students. If you’re like me and your school makes you pay for each transcript, don’t worry about sending them unless UW wants them. Talk to them, but because you were already accepted, they probably wouldn’t care, so long as you have continued to work hard during the second term as you did during the first.
