Hey all, I was just curious if anyone is in the same boat as I am. I have 2250+ on my SAT, and my grades have consistently gotten better throughout my four years, with my current marks all in the A+ range. I've been accepted to other "higher-tier" schools like UChicago and UVa, yet I still haven't heard from Rutgers! I'm slightly antsy, because a bunch of other kids from my school have already been accepted. Am I the only one in this position?

Well Rutgers gets about 8,000-10,000 more applications than both of those schools, that’s the only thing I can formulate…When did you apply?

With grades good enough to get into UChicago, you’ll get into Rutgers. Relax.

I applied the day before the regular decision deadline. On my SRAR, I included grades from summer precollege programs I participated in. And I included first marking period grades from this year. I’m surmising that this could’ve caused some sort of problem, but idk.

Do your schools say “in process”?

admitted into UChicago and UVA??? just include Rutgers on that list already.

I’m the exact same way right now! I just got into Barnard a few days ago, but my Rutgers status is still In Progress…

I think you definitely will get into Rutgers soon. I got accepted early this month with lower stats than you so don’t worry about it. If anyone was wondering, my stats are:
3.22 GPA
1840 SATs
NJ resident (in-state)
White
Female

Good luck everyone!!

I would check with them to make sure that there is no problems with the application.
