Stonehill Business

Debruns,
Yes, have not had a chance to discuss with D what date she will visit. Stonehill is the closest geographically to us with the exception of UCONN and also has the smallest number of students of the schools she is applying to. So far, she is 3 for 3 and will not hear from the other 3 until Mid March or so. I wish the process was a bit shorter, it does seem to dominate senior year.

Yes, it does. I don’t know if and when we will visit either. I don’t think talking to the FA representatives then will be very fruitful, but I think seeing the campus again might be a good idea, we only went once.
One daughter will be lost at UConn, but we got a really nice tuition cut from them. Sometimes things don’t work out perfectly, but I told her until the final papers come in and negotiation, etc., you just don’t know.
I look forward to visiting St. Joe’s too, it’s the furthest for us, but it also sounds like a nice campus and good for business majors. They were more generous in aid, but again the final package is not in yet.

sleepy1 - your D applied through Regular admissions to Stonehill (not EA)? When did she apply?

She sent it in December in response to a letter saying that if she sent in it by December 22, she would hear within a month which she did.
