**Stony Brook University Class of 2022 Decisions**

I’m in the same boat as you @Rabiya

@sbuadmissions By this time, if we don’t get the eop decision, does it mean we are rejected or waitlisted? When is the next round to send out eop acceptances?

I was admitted into the Honors College! The physical letter came in today.

@martyy Snail mail or email?

@martyy also when did u get your online decision. how long after you recvd your decision did you recieve the letter? thanks

Honor/Scholar: I didn’t receive an admissions decision on the honors college yet.

applied: jan 9
instate
gpa: 3.6 i’m in a rlly competitive hs in ny
sat:1440
major: mech engineering
I’m in a rlly competitive, but small, hs in ny. I took only a few ap classes because it was difficult to get into them in my school, but i have sufficient extracurriculars.

i know a lot of students from my school with similar or lower stats than me got in already, even those who applied after me. I’m getting more nervous by the day because I still haven’t received a decision yet.

Just got new tabs :slight_smile:

Yeah I have similar stats to u and applied Mech Eng and haven’t heard back. It’s rough out here

I was accepted to stony brook for computer Science in January.
My SAT score is 1450 and my 9th, 10th and 11th grade percentages are very good.
9th - 9/10
10th - 9.6/10
11th - 91/100
12th 75/100
Will my low scores is 12th grade affect my decision?

@patelpsp no

Son was previously accepted with Provostial scholarship (full tuition). He is OOS with 35 ACT and 3.9 GPA. This week he was offered Scholars but not Honors. Works for him as long as research, advising, and priority registration still part of the program. Looks like the difference is primarily the separate Honors curriculum. Anyone disagree?

Just got the tabs! SBU was my first choice and I’m so happy. 33 ACT, 91 GPA, a few ECs, 5 AP classes, and 3 Syracuse University classes.

Same here got new tabs also. Does that mean I’m in? My stats btw are a 3.8 GPA (94) and a 27 ACT.

what new tabs appeared exactly? just curious

@seawolf22 you’re in!

For New Students, Students Records & Registration, and Campus Housing they’re with the Student Admission and Campus Financial Services on the right of SOLAR

If I didn’t get the new tabs does that mean I’m rejected?

@deidei2299 @Seawolf22 what majors did you guys apply for?
