Straight A's, AND a social life?

it is possible it just means that the time that you spend studdying you have to study twice as hard...and Taggart thats kind of depressing...really?

There already was a featured thread on this subject by A-san.
I say it is possible unless one has never had contact inside the school. I have had little contact with those inside my own school since first semester of grade 9, and am managing well. I am definitely not motivated (or smart) enough to earn straight A grades, however. A B will always crop up somewhere.

Yes, if the school is easy or you're not taking hard classes. Or you're super-outgoing, or smart.
Otherwise your social life ends up taking the form of "homework parties."

You could just choose EC's that allow interaction involving other people with whom you share interests and enjoy.
