Since my acceptance, I’ve gotten plenty of letters from SMU encouraging me to come visit, commit to the school, etc…today I got a letter from the Simmons school about my interest in physiology and sport management. This is probably the last major on the planet I would ever want, any idea why they picked up on this interest/why this letter was sent? Did anyone else receive a mistaken letter like this? Just curious and want to make sure the school doesn’t actually think I am interested in this program…
If you ever put down an interest in science they may try to reach out to you. Otherwise don’t read into it - simmons is relatively new about 5 or 6 years old and very small they continue to encourage students to gain interest in their degree programs.
