Struggling in AP Physics B

Im a Sophomore, and this is my first year of High School because our district has a Junior High/Senior High program.

I took AP Phys B because my cousin told me the math behind it was just algebra, and if you knew the concepts it would be easy.

Im a couple weeks into it now, and I've gotten a B and a C- on my past two tests.

Are there any tips you guys could give me? Im on circular motion right now, and I cant solve a complicated problem without a little help. I really hope to get an A in this class.

Eh, hate to say it, but Physics is just one of those things that people either get or don’t. What are you specifically struggling with?

Specifically, I’m having trouble seeing connections. We’re getting into Circular motion and the questions just stump me, as I dont know how to turn what i have into what they are looking for.

Always start with Newton’s Second Law. Also break down the problem into horizontal and vertical components.

Alright, haha. Do you also have any other study tips? any general tips?
