Ever since then I chose to be in the “allied health” field. From nurse to occupational therapist … but as I grew older, Im suddenly having second thoughts about it, asking myself if I really want to be in that profession or if I will love it once I get a job. I love being able to help people but i noticed i love taking videos and editing them into a little montage. I’m in second year of college and I dont know if I should continue pursuing OT or to change my major to film 
Only you can judge if you want to change your course of study. However, if you’re drawn to a healthcare field like OT you can get your undergrad degree in anything so long as you take the prerequisites. OTs have degrees in fields like psychology, health science, education, and even film, it truly doesn’t matter. Take the classes you like in film but know that you have options for grad school in the future if you can’t make a living in film since it’s pretty saturated. I would still take Some of the math/science classes though.

You’re allowed to like more than one thing. But just because you like more than one thing doesn’t mean that you should change your major or your career.
I love history, and I also love writing. These are both hobbies of mine. At various points of my life, I’ve used my skill at writing to earn additional income as a freelancer. I know lots of people who have regularly done freelance writing or artistic work, and even people who work a full-time job in a different field while writing regularly for specific outlets. I also know lots of people who work full-time and make films or videos in their spare time - both those who do it as a hobby and those who make additional income from that work.
Let’s even say that you decided to change your mind in your career and become a filmmaker. You STILL don’t have to change your major! You could graduate and decide to make movies; or you could be an occupational therapist for many years and then decide to make movies; and so on and so on. Academic courses are far from the only way to learn how to do something.
Continue to explore your love of filmmaking; take classes in the film department and maybe join a club or something else. That will give you the time and space to figure out whether you want to do that as your main career or whether you want to keep it as a hobby (even an intense hobby) or a second stream of income.
