Stuck between a rock and many hard places

I will preface this with the fact that I am in no way complaining about my situation, I would not trade the spot I am in for the world but am frankly just having a very hard deciding.
I am planning on going the pre-vet track with the obvious goal to pursue equine veterinary medicine (interested in repro/NICU but also interested in lameness). I have three (possibly four) amazing options and I go back and forth on them on an almost daily basis.

I was accepted to the University of Kentucky and plan on double majoring animal science/equine science and management.
I was accepted to UCONN and their honors college
I was accepted to KSU’s seven year Early Admissions Vet scholars program.
I was waitlisted to Cornell for animal science, am sending in more letters of rec and resume updates but ultimately won’t hear until May 1st so I will cross that bridge if I get there.

The price issue for UK, UCONN, and KSU is not an issue whatsoever, UCONN is the most expensive but they have gotten it down to even below what my in-state total cost would be here in NJ. It UK is by far the cheapest through the scholarships they have given me, but the other two are at extremely reasonable price points. KSU’s program also gives me the option of possibly taking a gap year between undergrad and vet school to gain Kansas residency if I so chose, allowing the total price for school to drop that much lower.

I loved all three programs and am amazed at how much support I will have through advisors at all of them, I enjoyed all three campuses, the only knick to KSU is it is that far from home. Any opinions on these three programs, I am trying to make sure I cover every base when I am making my decision.

Your title is misleading. You make it seem as if you only have bad options. I would pick UK.
