I am a regular decision admit to JHU for 2014. I really like the school and campus, but i have heard some pretty nasty rumors about how unattractive the student body is. I am a girl, so i am manly concerned about how good looking the GUYS are. </p>
<p>I understand this seems superficial, but i just don't want to get there and not see any cute boys for the next four years...</p>
<p>So if any current JHU students could address...
1. *how attractive the student body is (primarily guys)<br>
2. and that there is a social life comparable to most other top 20 colleges
3. the overall feel of the JHU students</p>

At JHU, there is what is known as HIV
Students there have it! hahaha
it’s Hopkins Impaired Vision LMAO
meaning that they are around unattractive people so much that they start to think just normal looking guys/girls are hotter than they are LMAO
I thought it was funny hahaha
I’ve also heard the “X + 3” rule lol
Whatever rate you would give a guy/girl, add three to it and that’s what they would be at Hopkins LOL
So a chick you’d rate a 4 is a 7 hahahahhaha
But having said that, there are definitely pretty people everywhere, even at Hopkins lol
You just have to find them 
You’ll definitely make wonderful friends there, I already have through one of the programs for pre-frosh haha It will definitely be a great experience nonetheless and you’ll find some attractive people, I’m sure :)</p>
<p>I don’t think students are any more or less attractive at JHU than any other highly selective college. The laws of averages wouldn’t support that.</p>

“so you are coming to Hopkins? Cool. That makes you the 2nd pretty girl ever to go here.” </p>
<p>According to her girls have nothing to worry about. A lot of hot guys. not so much girls.</p>

I’m just saying…that’s word for word what I like 5 different students that go there told me last week when I was there LOL
but they were exaggerating a bit : P
Like I said, they are there haha, you’ll just have to be lucky enough to run into them :)</p>
