Students of color

What is the atmosphere like for students of color at JHU?

Is there an AHANA like program at JHU?

I am not a student of color and I’m not sure what AHANA is, but at Hopkins we do have an Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA). ([Multicultural Student Affairs](http://oma.jhu.edu/)) They oversee many multicultural groups, such as the Black Student Union. They also plan events for students on campus. OMA also has a mentoring program called MAPP, which is a mentoring program for students from underrepresented groups. I recommend that you check out their website (or call or visit them) because they do a lot for multicultural students at Hopkins.
