I know i will study abroad but i was wondering if students could do a study abroad during the academic year and a summer one during these four years or are u limited to one prgoram. Im interested in the EU studies or french internship ones and the summer in china on economics

so theres no cultured people in the room?...come on..has anyone that goes to NU already gone on a study abroad trip or plans on going on one?

Have you looked at the study abroad site for NU? The restrictions are there if you look...

omg...lets not get feisty. I was just asking if anyone else has done it.

I misunderstood your question. I interpreted "could" to be if it was "possible". I just went through this with my D. After looking at the site, she decided it was best to go to an advisor to see if the programs she wants will work for her.
The site goes into great detail about being sure that credits transfer, your courseload per qtr, even how many APs you have, among other things. NU strongly suggests that you go over your plan ahead of time with your advisor and get the plan approved.
What has worked for some, may not work for you if your major(s), etc aren't the same. Get good advice in writing or it could cost you an extra quarter or two (+$$$).
