Study abroad?

<p>I was wondering if it's difficult to get into a study abroad program, either the semester long or short term trips?</p>

<p>I feel that with so many students there would be a lot of competition to get accepted into the programs. </p>

<p>Also are you permitted to do more than one study abroad program? Or do you get placed on some sort of wait list after your first?</p>

<p>It’s definitely competitive, but Stony Brook also has a well established and large study abroad program. So, the opportunities are better than many other schools.</p>
