Alright so right now I'm studying for the October SAT which will be my third attempt. So far my superscore is 800CR, 700 M, 720 W. I am aiming for a 2350+ score which seems well within grasp after the extensive studying I have done over this summer. I have not, however, studied at all for the critical reading section. Almost all of the schools I'm looking at superscore so I didn't think it was worth it. Does it look bad for my score in October on the CR section to dip 40-60 points?

A 750 or an 800 on the CR section doesn’t really make a big difference to a college my friend. I’m also taking the SAT in October and it’s also my 3rd and final attempt; I’ve scored 800 in the maths section on both previous tests and increased my Writing score to 770. The CR section has no DEFINITE way of answering like let’s say the maths section where there is only ONE true answer; so seeing as to how you managed to perfect your CR skills, I’d say solve 1 or 2 tests the night before the test just to stay in the perfect mentality during examination ;). I’m planning to increase my CR score of 540 in October btw :/
