Study from book or make outlines? APUSH

Hi everyone! What do you think is the best way for me to study for the APUSH exam? I’ve started studying but I keep doubting myself with how much I remember. I work much better with outlining the Princeton book but I don’t feel like I have enough time to outline it and then study it completely. I’m taking the make up exam on May 22, but I’m also taking the Chemistry and English Language and Comp. exam on the regular date, and the make up for the Enviro exam so I’m under a lot of pressure and timing restrictions. Should I just learn to get over myself and study from the book?

Also, what have you guys feel about the REA Crash Course book as compared to Princeton or Barrons?

I am using the Barron’s book in conjunction with www.apushreview.com . This way you get the most concise information in the least amount of time
