<p>Sure there’s a lot of work at MIT, but you definitely also have time to do other stuff. I find its all about managing your time well, and if you do you usually wont be overwhelmed. A common phrase is “work hard, play hard”, which is really true. If it were all work, I think we’d all go crazy. People get involved in tons of stuff besides school, from sports to UROPs to other extra-curricular activities (there are a ton to choose from) to just hanging out with friends and relaxing to good old-fashioned partying. You name it, you can do it here.</p>
