I'm only going to get around a 700 on the SAT I Math, but I believe taking the SAT II Math would be much easier to get an 800 on than the Literature or History tests.

I've never been good at Math, so do you think it is worth studying for the next month and trying for an 800 in Math, or shooting for maybe an 800 in Literature or Biology?

tl;dr: I am average at math, can i get an 800 by studying or should i just study for something like bio or lit

it really depends on what math you’re in now and how well you’re going to study. if you took pre calc already then you can try it.

If I’m not good at math, should I study and try for Math II or study for Biology? I’m trying for a 750+ hopefully 800

i think that math 1 is a lot easier than sat math. i score a lot higher on both math 1 and 2 than my sat (strange yes haha). anyway, math 1 is really simple concepts but you have to answer 42/50 questions to get a 700 i think. Math 2 however, the curve is more lenient but the material is more difficult. try taking a practice test from sparknotes on each and see where you’re at without studying.
if you study for a month, intensely, then im sure you’ll get the desired score. good luck!
