I know you have to do everything electronically with the CA, but when my son applied to colleges, we first printed out a blank CA for him to make notes on etc. My D is also very visual and I would love to do this but cannot see how to?

Am I missing something obvious? Or does she literally have to sit at the computer to do all her CA work?

You cannot directly from the web site, but if you do a search you can track down a pdf of an old version… below is one from 2011-12 from the NW site. The new version of the common app is slightly different, but this should give you a good sense of the scope of information. FYI - once you are ready to submit the system will allow you to create a pdf before you actually send. That is the only time you can really print - at least as far as I know. I suspect some tech-savvy person might have another solution.

So if you notice something when you print that doesn’t look right, can you just not submit and go back to make the edits?

I believe @felicita that is the case, but my D has not tried to submit yet but we read information on the web site, and remember from what I heard from others last year.

Thank you so, so much surfcity! I too have been looking for a printable copy and couldn’t find one, so I turned to my friend CC and was not surprised to find the issue had already been solved! BTW, I love your username.
