<p>Do schools cheat or do students cheat?</p>
<p>By saying the smartest school I’m referring to the population of the school, like you would say “the best country for science” - clearly you’re not referring to the land but the people.</p>
<p>So…</p>
<p>Did the entire student population cheat, or did a subset of the population cheat, or is Stuyvesant HS really just 70 students strong?</p>
