Subject tests for engineering major - would an additional US Hist be beneficial?

Hi,

I'm planning to major in engineering, and I've already taken the Math 2 and Chem subject tests (800 in both). I'm planning to take the physics subject test as well because I'm quite confident in my ability to do well on it, but I was wondering whether having only math and science subject tests might make it seem as if the humanities are a weakness for me. I know that certain colleges such as UPenn don't seem to care about engineering majors having subject tests other than a math and a science, but I was wondering if more humanities oriented schools such as Yale might want to see something else. I'm pretty sure I could score 750+ on the US History subject test, but I'm not so sure about scoring 800.

Also, I don't know if this is relevant, but I got a 2400 on the SAT Reasoning Test - would that score alone be sufficient to show my nonmath/science skills are up to par?
