Submitted!! Now for the longest few months

It's finally over...

Congrats! April will come soon enough

i absolutely feel 0% better now that i sent my app. i thought a choir of angels would begin to sing…but no such luck. I am paranoid that they will find a flaw or make me verify my extra curriculars, which would be close to impossible to prove many of them. Oh anxiety thy name is UC!

getting the fall grades will be feel way better now

Yeah I’m paranoid also. I used the 3rd section in the PS catagory in the additional comments to explain my EC a little more because it seemed like it could confuse them. I’m a little paranoid too =</p>

Same…Submitting it just made me more paranoid/anxious lol. I actually misreported one of my ap grades 1 point higher than it should be. I have been going insane about how badly this will affect me, but I have already emailed them to fix it…still doesn’t make me feel any better =/

ABout to submit mines… but i have a quick question… California State Student ID? Is that neccessary?

^it’s on your high school transcript

I submitted without it…

Submitted mine without it too…what do UC’s generally look at most heavily on transfer students? Is it just major pre-reqs and GPA?

mostly yeah, but the oher parts do matter as well.

Do UCs want our HS transcript too?

as transfers, no I dont think they do.

Yes, some UCs will ask for a HS transcript depending on which route you took to finish your language requirement. Most people just take the two years at a CC, but recent HS grads just use their language requirement from HS to fulfill the requirement.

Just submitted mine, def don’t feel any better lol but at least I don’t have to look at my personal statement anymore!

I’m just upset that I had to pay that stupid application fee!!! $280 really??? Ughhh

Why is it that you ALWAYS think of a better way to write something or find a possible mistake to correct AFTER you submit the application?

^ Because no piece of writing is ever perfect. There are always at least small ways to make improvements.

^UGH tell me about it haha, I just need to have faith that my app is strong overall, even if there are little mistakes here and there! rca2446 I paid $210, wasn’t going to fork over any more than that, its a lot of moolah!

@briceies: That’s definitely true. I suppose it’s a source of comfort to know that you at least made your essay as perfect as you thought it could be.

@USN_Transfer: That’s the spirit! Good effort and good thoughts bring about good results. I only applied to UCLA and UCSB (film production major), but still, $140 is a lot for a nearly broke college kid.
