How do colleges deal with late applications? I missed a deadline by three days, should I still submit it? Will it be reviewed?

You can try. That’s not a guarantee that it will be looked at.
Try looking to see if you can submit the regular school app, as opposed to the Common App. The deadlines may not be the same.
Always submit and maybe you will be reviewed. Prompt aka as early as possible is always a good idea. I would guess a review would occur if you have a very good profile in the context of the number and quality in the applicant pool.
