Hello, I have recently won a national award and would like it to be at least be acknowledged by the Harvard undergraduate admission office in order to better my chances. From most of what I’ve been reading, only very major things should be listed. The application says, “Scholarly articles, research, creative writing, or other documents should be submitted below,” while another official Harvard site says, “…such as music recordings, artwork, or selected samples of academic work.” The only statement I have found that permits sending in awards says, “Updates on your activities or other achievements… are helpful if they might contribute substantially to your application.”
Is it fair to notify the admissions office that I at least won another competitive award, and if so, how would I submit this? I was thinking of a screenshot of my -online- letter or maybe just sending a picture of the official newspaper.
Thanks
