I’ve finished all parts of my application (essays, forms, sending test scores, etc) for UT and plan to submit it as soon as possible to make the priority deadline. However, the teachers I have asked to write a recommendation for general admissions will be done writing them a week from now.
I’m worried that since recommendations are optional, my application may possibly be reviewed in the week between when my application is sent in when the recommendations have not been submitted yet. Is there a way to let UT know to wait until these are submitted? Alternatively, will my application be reviewed again once the recommendations come in?
I don’t want to delay sending my application until then - I’d to have the general application be processed and complete the honors applications before October 15.
