Hi everyone!
I am a senior in High School and I'm an exchange student. I went through a rough process of moving to the States and came here in around October, so I wasn't able to prepare and take the SAT and ACT tests that were in that month. The nearest tests are one in Dec 7 (SAT) and one in Dec 14th (ACT). I plan on taking both because I want to give the best I can. I am a very good student with a 3.9 UW GPA and I know that I can score a high enough score to get me in the colleges that I want to, but I was wondering, can I apply to the college without the test score, submit my application and then send the scores to the college later? Because I read that scores might take as long as 3 weeks to be revealed :(...

The university that is on the very top of my list is University of Minnestoa: Deadlines
It says that the deadline for the Fall 2014 semester is December 16 :(... Can I apply and send the scores later?

Other universities that I want to apply to include Florida State, NYU, etc.

If anyone has any experience on this, I would really appreciate any help because I'm getting stressed:(...

Thanks!
