I'm really confused about sending in SAT/SAT subject test scores to colleges. Firstly, can someone please explain "Score Choice"?

I took the SAT twice - first time I got a 2130, second time I got a 2250. If I wanted to take it a 3rd time, would I be able to only send in my second and third scores, not my first one?

I've taken 4 SAT subject tests. I took US History in June '11 and got a mediocre score that I don't want colleges to see. In June '12 I took Chemistry, Physics, and Latin. I got good scores on Chem and Physics, and a TERRIBLE score on Latin. I only want colleges to see my scores on Chem and Physics -- is that possible? I know most colleges only need 2 subject tests.

When requesting scores to be sent by College Board, you can exercise score choice by unchecking a test on a list provided when you do the order to send scores. You can do that for any SAT or SAT subject test. The unchecked tests will not be sent to the college and CB will not provide anything to show you took them.

However, you then have two other issues. First, some colleges require you to send all SAT scores and some of those include all SAT subject test scores in that rule. For those you are required to comply with their rule. You must check the rules for each college to which you intend to apply to determine what you must send. Second, many high schools put all your scores on your official high school transcript that is sent to colleges. Thus, even if you exercise score choice with CB, the college may still learn of all all your scores.
