Submitting School Report through Naviance

I have already invited all my teachers through the MIT recommendation site, ApplyWithUs. Some of the letters are even already submitted. Now, I just learned that our school will only send secondary school reports through Naviance. If my counselor sends my school report and counselor rec through Naviance, will it get matched up with my ApplyWithUs account? Or do I need to tell my teachers to resend everything through Naviance?
