Are you an international student from India?
Have you run the NPC for Cornell? Are your parents and you happy with the results? Are your parents divorced or separated, or do they (or you) own a small business, farm, or rental property?
Cornell meets full need for international students, but is need aware for international students. I find it hard to predict your chances other than to say that you are a very competitive applicant, and Cornell is a reach.
@DadTwoGirls Yes I’m an international from India. I applied ed and got rejected and now searching for RD schools to apply. Have reaches but dont have matches and safeties on my list. Seeing that you are a dad of 2 you might know a lot about the college application process. Can you suddest some matches and safeties?
If you need a lot of aid, I doubt that there are any safeties in the US. Given your strong statistics, there are multiple universities that should be worth an application.
What can you afford to pay without taking on debt?
We have not looked at which schools meet full need for international students, which means that I am not the right person to suggest schools. Hopefully other people here can however step in.
You need to consider what your family can afford to spend. Then you would have to find a school to fit that budget.
With Covid, the schools have lost a lot of their funds and no one knows how they will proceed this year and next year with scholarship funding.
If you need full funding, your chances will be reduced considerably.
