Have you read this? My assumption from your post is that you need a lot of financial aid, so you should read this so you understand the landscape of aid for international students:

<a href=“Looking for colleges&full need-based fin aid to apply to - International Students - College Confidential Forums”>http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/international-students/1552794-looking-for-colleges-full-need-based-fin-aid-to-apply-to-p1.html</a></p>

This was very helpful , thank you for your help
But is there any special colleges that are more concerned about Physics ?

Just off the top of my head – MIT, CalTech, Harvey Mudd, Cornell, Stanford, Carnegie Mellon, Reed, Swarthmore, Carleton, University of Chicago, Harvard, Columbia, Penn, Princeton, Yale. I can think of a few good public colleges, but they won’t give good aid to international students (Michigan, Cal Berkley, University of Maryland). But without actual test scores, can’t real tell what schools you should target. And not all of those schools are need-blind for international students, nor do they all guarantee to meet need for international students.
