Suggest some cheap colleges to me!

<p>I'm looking for a college that is not SO competitive and not SO expensive but still has a good program.</p>

<p>My SATs are 2150 (780R/700M/670W. I'm retaking) and I go to a British School in Hong Kong, where my predicted A-level grades are AABB (approximately converts to a GPA of 3.75) and I have a metric tonneload of Community Service and ECs.</p>

<p>I'm looking to major in Computer Science/Programming and I want to find a college that has a good program, to use as my safety school which costs under USD$25,000 for tuition and room and board (and also hopefully books)</p>

<p>So... Semi-smart international student looking for cheap but good uni. Any suggestions? :)</p>

<p>Im looking into Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. In state tuition is only $10k and i dont think oos tuition is going to kill you.</p>

<p>University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill is good and out of state cost is below your limit.</p>
