match/safety college selection, please help this poor soul!

Hey, first of all thank you for you time =).

Could someone please help me with finding suitable match and safety schools?
I'm looking for schools that offer good computer science and business management/administration programs

Here's my "profile" (I dislike that word now, thanks to college apps...)

Canadian, applying from Asia

SAT scores: CR 750, M 780, W 760

High school GPA: 4.0 unweighted on 4.0 scale

Class rank: 1 of 24

Course selection: International Baccalaureate, out of 6 main courses 4 are Higher Level (about AP/honors level?) including Higher Level English, Chinese, Mathematics and Business/Management

Extracurriculars and Awards (there aren't many, so I'll put them together T_T)
student council president of external affairs, varsity captain, 2 years work experience for an IT firm, 2nd place award winner of the Stanford EPGY English/Writing Competition in China, Piano level 7 US examination passed, underwent part of a fairly renowned professional computer programming training program

Please name some match/safety schools for me. With admissions criteria crazy as they are now, I no longer have a good clue of what my match and safety schools are. I have a decent clue of what my reach schools are, and am now afraid to end up applying only to reach schools (thanks to my current ignorance of admissions competition) and end up with no acceptance letters.

Any help is greatly appreciated, and thank you again for your time. =)

You need to find one rock solid "true safety". This is a school where you are guaranteed admissions based on your statistics, and that you can pay for without any financial aid. Since you are Canadian, this would most likely be a public university in your home province.

Take a long hard look at the Canadian universities. They are very good, and for you they will be considerably less expensive than most of their US peer institutions.
