Any good college suggestions in california that aren’t extremely difficult to get into ?
Define “good” and define “not extremely difficult to get into”. GPA/test scores/EC’s? Intended major? Are you in-state CA?
Non-impacted Cal states will accept applicants that meet the minimum Eligibility index for most majors.
If you are a California high school graduate (or a resident of California for tuition purposes), you need a minimum eligibility index of 2900 using the SAT combined score for critical reading and math sections or 694 using the ACT.
Nonresidents of California are required to have a minimum eligibility index of 3502 (SAT) or 842 (ACT).
https://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/. UC GPA calculator is the same as CSU GPA calculator
Eligibility index= (CSU GPA x200) + (ACT Comp x10) or (CSU GPA x800) + (SAT Math+ CR)
Non-impacted Cal States include CSU Channel Islands, Bakersfield, East Bay, Dominguez Hills and Stanislaus
If you are in-state, your local CSU will give you priority, so it can be easier to get an acceptance than an out of area applicant.
