My son got a letter today saying he was not admitted to the Fall semester but to the Summer ACE program. Anybody know anything about that? He would move in on 7/15, have orientation on the 16 and 17th, have class from July 20 to August 7 and then study abroad from August 8 - 15 at either Panama or Keys and then move into his permanent residence hall. I can’t find too much else out about it - mainly the cost!
Hi, I just got my letter too and can’t find a lot of info about it. I know that you have to do it to go the school and its only for Out of State students so we can get acclimated to the town. I haven’t seen anything about the cost, maybe they will send another letter? I will reply tomorrow when I have more information!
Hi I just talked to them. They said it was a new program that they were just starting this year so they don’t really have any information about it right now. They are estimating the cost is around $6,000
Has anyone committed to the summer ACE program yet? Just curious as our son is in the same situation and wants to sign up.
I see this thread was for last summers ACE program. My daughter just got the same letter but for this coming summer. My question is, did any of you do this program and how was it?
@chantalcarrie is the $6000 for everything including the study abroad? Or do we have to pay differently for that?

I’m not sure, I ended up choosing a different college!
