I know i have weak EC's and a poor PSAT score, so should i even apply to their summer program?

Doing a summer program before I went to college was one of the smartest things I've ever done. Not only because it gives you something to talk about on college applications, but it also gives you a preview of what college life will be like, living on your own and what not.

I think you should get in.. I went to the summer program last year. On the SAT I got 670 (R&M) and 640 (W), I have a 3.8GPA and wrote an essay that would get me... oh... a C in my eEnglish class. I don't think the summer program is anywhere near as competitive as the regular admission cycle; it goes through a different office. Last summer, the SAT scores (I like to compare on those because they're standardized) ranged from 500 to 800 (per section), so just remove the last zero and that equates to your PSAT.

You'll get in. The Summer Program is mainly self selective. The people who apply are usually qualified and its not like 27000 people apply.

Summer College is wonderful. It was the greatest summer of my life..hands down. That's not just my opinion. Most people would say the same. The people you meet are amazing. I would dare to say that the friends you make will be some of the best friends that you've ever had. Furthermore, the amount of freedom that the staff gives you is unparalleled. Just don't do anything dumb in your free time. IE: DON'T TRY TO CATCH SQUIRRELS

it seems like they accept almost everybody. I got in. Unfortunately it was soooo ****ing expensive that I could not go. Keep that in mind too. The scholarship they give you is only $500 out of the $10000 the whole thing costs.
