I'm debating whether to take one or two of the required courses (history of art and music, and government, which are each a semester long) at my high school over the summer so that I'll be free to take other semester courses next year such as comparative religion and something else or to do some other summer program like the mini courses at brown for a few weeks.

I keep going back and forth with what I want to do. If I stay home and take a summer class, I'll probably also get a job.

Does anyone have advice on what I should do?
I feel like taking the class and a job would look better for college because it shows me working, but i think a program like brown would be really fun and a great experience.
Any advice would be great. Thanks!
