Summer Housing

So a week passed, and I never thought living in a res hall would be so.... dead. Are all the floors like this?

i think you're missing my floor with the blaring rap music, thanks to our friends the football players.

i think the bathroom is where i find the most life. all of the international students are out shopping and sleeping in.

Go out and make friends. Knock on people's doors and ask them for dinner (preferable as a group).

Get the international students involved and hang out with them. They're pretty shy or something, or maybe scared to get to know people.

I remember going with friends and knocking on their doors to ask them if they wanted dinner with us, and they thought that we wanted to freeload off their food in their room :D

If you don't go out and find people, Rieber is going to be a very boring and crappy place.

That is kind of true. For some reason, the itnernational students like to hang out in the restroom and talk for very long periods of time.

xleper17: which floor are you on?

Boelter: Haha yeah. I guess my friends and I should try that one day when the boredom is unbearable.
