summer program vs. course vs. job

<p>i'd love to spend a month at upenn (dream school) but i'm not sure if i'm willing to give up $7000 :( especially because i didn't get any financial aid this year D:</p>

<p>i could also go to summer school (ugh .. there aren't any courses i'm really excited for) or get a paying job at mcdonalds! which i wouldn't actually mind $)</p>

<p>what would YOU do?</p>

<p>btw i'm a sophomore, so i have still have one more chance at summer programs next year! :)</p>

<p>I would get a job and spend the summer volunteering and having fun.</p>

<p>Um… if I were you…</p>

<p>I’d volunteer a lot, learn new things (language, instrument, etc.), and start writing my book (and other writing).</p>

<p>But that’s just me.</p>
